Gluten free review: Chocolate cupcakes

Trying out this gluten free chocolate cake mix. It is by XO baking which have always been a great mix. Their pancakes are fabulous!

Mix everything up... The funny thing is this recipe calls for hot water- it melts something in the batter to make this. Oh yeah tasty!

Bake!

Add some icing and enjoy!

This mix was really good. I would definitely buy again. They cooked well also.
