So this is just me goofing off one Sunday morning. I had a pack of 16 beans and I thought I would try making something in the crock pot. I really had no idea what I wanted to do. So add to crock pot.
Next, I threw in 2 cans of rotel tomatoes.
And then added some water. Turn to HIGH and let it go for 6 hours.
Afterwards, this is what I had. OMG it was so good!!
Not bad for just throwing it together. And pretty healthy too! Yay!
